Position Summary Manage the Sales Support function to achieve Sales revenue goals and Capcom company objectives. Partner with external logistics providers and Capcom G&A groups to define and implement timely and cost efficient work processes. Lead, influence, coach, and develop individual team members. Manage pilot programs, developing territories, and special projects. Provide order-related services to Retailers and Distributors. The position reports to the National Sales Director.
Directly supervises Sales Support Representatives.
