TITLE: Operations Assistant              

REPORTS TO:  Sr. Operations Manager



Responsible for all incoming calls, greeting and routing visitors for Capcom. Also will provide administrative and clerical support assigned by manager.



  1. Serves as the primary liaison between external visitors, applicants, salespersons, customers and CAPCOM, by providing quality customer service to CAPCOM’s guests.
  2. Responsible for answering and routing of incoming calls, by remaining courteous and calm.
  3. Oversees mailing functions including sorting of incoming mail and collection of outgoing mail.
  4. Responsible for coordination of CAPCOM’s conference rooms and resources for meetings. Generate meeting requests as needed.  Ensures the professional appearance of the conference rooms, by keeping room clean and organized
  5. Administrative support to include: word processing, filing, copying, scanning, updating of soft and hard copies of documents.
  6. Maintain sufficient stock and keep the kitchen supply organized
  7. Maintain sufficient stock and keep the office supply organized
  8. Coordinates and assists with coordination and reservations for employee business travel.
  9. Performs other duties and projects as assigned by manager




  • Prompt, reliable and dependable. Must have an excellent customer service attitude.
  • At least 1 year of past experience at the front desk, experience with multi-line phone system, clerical and administrative experience.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Enthusiastic and enjoys being part of the team, but also self sufficient and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
