Position Summary

The Marketing Administrative Assistant’s primary functions are to execute and support the department’s financial, legal, and program approval procedures and provide basic project support across various marketing activities.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • General clerical duties including photocopying, shipping, and electronic filing
  • Manage internal billing, finance, and legal processes for marketing team
  • Work with legal to create contracts for marketing promotional activities, service agreements, and IP reviews
  • Work with purchasing, finance, and accounting teams to generate purchase orders and deliver payment to Capcom’s vendors and partners   
  • Coordinate with CUSA marketing and CUSA finance teams to ensure accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting and tracking for marketing spend
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for marketing team
  • Provide light project support across marketing activities as needed, including basic data analysis, asset trafficking, event support, etc.
  • Attend consumer and industry events to staff demos and assist the events team; weekend travel included
  • Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

  • This position will require working in an office environment and possible travel and participation at industry events.
  • This position may require domestic travel.
  • This position occasionally requires exerting up to 25 pounds of force to move objects. Other physical demands may include climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, running, sitting, lifting, fingering, typing, thumbing, grasping, talking, yelling, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.


Working Environments
