Position Summary:

This position will manage the creation, approvals, archiving and delivery of print and digital assets for various departments within Capcom.  This person will work closely with different internal Capcom groups (domestic and international) as well as external third party vendors and partners.  This position requires an individual who is extremely detail oriented and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.  Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of the video game industry and is familiar with 1st party (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo) processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

III. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain schedules and workflow to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Manage all marketing/sales material submission for internal and external review and approvals
  • Work closely with internal Creative Services team and external vendors to help develop materials for marketing, PR, sales, events and other groups.
  • Solicits quotes and estimates, procures services and products required for project execution.
  • Work closely with Capcom international offices to share materials
  • Manage and maintain SKU/UPC database
  • Manage all request for translation needs
  • Work closely with Events, Marketing and PR to source and create giveaways, print materials and other marketing materials
  • Work closely with legal and finance departments to draft and establish contracts. Manages invoices and processes payments for projects on time and within budget
  • Provide project management and technical input for maximizing quality, efficiencies and reduction of costs.

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Project Management experience with an emphasis on budget management and milestone tracking a must
  • Microsoft Office a must (Specifically - Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator,
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Familiar with Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo partner support systems is a plus
  • Detail Oriented
  • Flexible
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Possesses a roll-up-your-sleeves, can-do attitude
  • Good time management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Proactive and able to carry out tasks with minimal supervision
  • Possesses the ability to manage stress well

Minimum Requirements

 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 3-5 years project management experience preferred
  • Prior experience working with external vendor’s a must
  • Prior experience in video game industry a plus

Licenses, Certificates and Other

Project Management Certification preferred, but not required.

 

Physical Demands

  • Able to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Some travel required
  • Additional work hours may be involved – willing to work overtime into the evening and on weekends
  • Standing for long periods of time may be required
